Merry Christmas!

Hi guys! Sorry for the lack of updates but it's been really busy here over Christmas. First, there was the many many nights and afternoons of gift wrapping. Momma and Pops just kept putting bits of chewing paper all over the presents. Why they do that, I will never know.

I tried to help anyway, by stepping on the chewing paper to flatten them out. After a while, my Humans didn't really appreciate my help and put me in a corner... and mistakenly stacked up some gifts until I couldn't get out.

Nobody puts Sonic in a corner!

When they were finally done wrapping their gifts, they realized that they'd accidentally trapped me in the corner and let me out.

Christmas Day finally came, and Santa Paws brought me lots of gifts! I got snacks, plushies, and even some new clothes!

We also went to visit family and grandparents, and basically it was a very family-oriented Christmas. I love that, because all my aunts and uncles always love feeding me lots of attention.

Why can't I make snow too?

Okay, everyone knows about the legend of Santa Paws and how he comes around every year and gives toys and snow to everybody. And everyone loves him, right? Cos everyone loves snow and toys.

So how come when I make snow, my Humans get so mad at me?

All dogs like to make snow, because all dogs like to cheer humans up. We wag our tails, we lick their faces, and we sniff their socks to cheer them up. Making snow is just another part of cheering humans up. Why wouldn't anyone want to run around and jump in the snow? What makes Santa so special that he can make snow?

Humans... I'll never understand them...

Meet the Toys: GG the Giraffe!

Okay everyone, I want to introduce you to my favorite Best Toy Forever! Her name is GG the Giraffe, and she's been my bedtime cuddle buddy for as long as I can remember. GG was originally a present for Momma from Santa Paws, but I liked GG so much that Momma gave her to me as a toy.



Since then, I've been cuddling with her, play-fighting with her, and my humans and I will play fetch with her too. She used to be the same size as me, but she seems to be getting smaller and smaller. These days, she's become just the right size for me to rest my head on.



Momma's been trying to train me to "Fetch GG!" and I think I'm getting there... though I'll sometimes forget how humans say GG and fetch the wrong toy instead. But I'm getting the hang of it, cos I'm really smart!

Anyway, now that you've met GG, I'm going to go and nap with her now!
