Car ride to Momma's office

Momma had to work late, so I got to go on a car ride to pick her up from work! It's been such a long time since I got to go on a car ride to fetch Momma, so I was extra excited and made a lot of noise in the car.

Momma where are you??? Hiew hiew hiew!

When we got there, Momma was still stuck in the office and we had to wait in the carpark for her. I whined extra loudly, and I think that was what made Momma come to the car. When in doubt, whine really loudly and magic things happen!

Cooking for Grandma's bday

I thought I'd just drop a quick post to show you some pictures of Pops' cooking yesterday. Remember how he was supposed to cook for grandma's birthday? Here's how it went.

Pops' badly handwritten recipe

The "Before" shot

The "After" shot

The "After-After" shot

The dog that didn't get to eat any of it

A sad thing happened after lunch - Momma and Pops decided to take me to the vet! They tried to trick me by taking me to a different vet, but I recognized the smell. All vets smell the same.

Get me outta here, Momma! Pleeeeeeeease?

They took me to the vet because my ear's been hurting a bit lately. Momma says there's a lotta funky-smelling stuff in it when she cleans my ears with the fluff-sticks. I usually struggle anyway, but lately I've been yelping too.

It turns out that I have a yeast infection! The doc gave me some ear drops, so hopefully my ear won't be hurting anymore. Momma says my ear is like a vajayjay... but what's a vajayjay and why is it like my ear?

I miss Aunt Mainey

Aunt Mainey where are youuuuuuu? Why are you so far away from meeee? I need a hug, and you're way across the sea...

So I did what I do best: I tried to summon Aunt Mainey with a Golden Offering. She must have felt the magic pull of the summoning spell over in Australia, because she told me not to do it again as she has to stay in school for now.

Never underestimate the power
of my summoning spell

PS It's grandma's bday today! Pops is going to cook a special lunch for grandma! Happy barkday, grandma!

The Doberman Pharaoh cometh!

Oh no... the skies in Singapore have been kinda scary-looking lately. Every now and then, when I look outside I see smoke on the water, and fire in the sky. I asked the Beagle from down the road, and he says these are omens signaling the return of the Doberman Pharaoh.

The fire burns brightly at night

Sometimes you can even see it in the evening

All of you guys be prepared for any kind of trouble that the Doberman Pharaoh might bring. He is mighty, but we are many!

I got an award from a new friend

Recently, I made a new friend called Boomer. Boomer gave me an award called the versatile award!

Basically I have to thank the dog that gave it to us (thanks Boomer!), and then I have to share seven things about myself. So here goes:
  1. I can summon humans by leaving Golden Offerings in their bedrooms.
  2. I have a natural talent that allows me to fart in my sleep.
  3. My farts are either stealthy or super-sonic - either way you never hear them.
  4. One last thing about my farts: I can fart with all the colors of the wind!
  5. I hate baths almost as much as I hate cats.
  6. I have a brother named Knuckles and a cousin named Tails.
  7. I love apples!
I'm supposed to give this out to 15 other dog-bloggers, but seeing as this is an award I've not actually seen in many of your blogs, I think you should all take this award so I can learn more about you guys!

Evil Cat sighting

I haven't seen the Evil Cat for a long time now. I thought that he was chased away by The Dog Knight for good, and the only cats left are his two apprentices Chairman Meow and Eek. That's okay, because Chairman Meow and Eek are only cat-puppies, and don't really pose too much of a threat to our home.

But then I saw this in our garden:

Oh no! Poor birdy!

Destruction of this magnetude magknee maggie size can only come from the original Evil Cat. I sincerely hope that the birdy-friend lost only a few feathers, and nothing more than that.

Then while investigating the feathers, I spotted the Evil Cat out of the corner of my nose. I tried to catch him, but he was too quick (and cowardly) for me.

I'll have to be really careful from now on. The return of the Evil Cat can only mean one thing: the Dobermans are plotting something again.

Weekends with Knuckles

The last couple of weekends, I've been lucky enough to go to Grandmother's place to play with Knuckles. As brothers, we like to mess around a lot. The roughing and tussling is one thing, but Grandmother seems to get really upset when we play the marking game. It's a great game. It's like Hide and Seek, really. Knuckles leaves a Golden Offering in a hidden location, then I try to find it and then pee over it with my own Golden Offering. To make it more challenging, I have to find it before our humans clean it up.

But like I said, the humans don't really like it. So we usually just rough each other up instead.

Pops messed up the video and now it's sideways. Silly humans...

But yeah, it looks rough, but we get tired pretty quickly and then it's back to being friendly brothers again.
